ATHENS (Reuters) – The Greek and European authorities in Brussels on Wednesday discussed what might constitute a “bridge agreement” for Greece after the expiry of its bailout agreement the February 28, a government official in Athens said.
The meeting took place “in a very good climate,” he added.
The meeting was attended by the President of the Eurogroup Jeroen Dijsselbloem; IMF Managing Director Christine Lagarde; President of the Working Group of the Eurozone, Thomas Wieser; and the Greek delegation headed by Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis.
