BRUSSELS (Reuters) – President of the European Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker said on Tuesday the European Parliament that the Greek government should offer proposals to solve the crisis debt.
“The ball is now on the side of the Greek government,” he said ahead of a summit of the euro zone in Brussels during the day.
Juncker added that remained otherwise who asked that Greece leave the euro, but also criticized the authorities in Athens for his rhetoric, as when former Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis said that members of the EU executive were “terrorists”.
