Madrid, February 21 ( EFE ) .- The Government has extended by six months, until August 15, the term of the Plan Prepare or retraining program for unemployed who have exhausted their unemployment benefits, as published today the Official Gazette ( BOE ).
The Ministry of Employment explained that the Prepares Plan has been extended to seven times and he recalled that aims to improve the employability of long-term unemployed or those with family responsibilities.
In particular, is aimed at people who exhausted unemployment benefits or any contributory subsidies.
To them, the Public Employment Service develops customized integration pathways depending on the characteristics of each beneficiary during a period of six months.
In addition, financial support accompanying 400 euros per month rising to 450 euros if the recipient has family responsibilities is contemplated.
Since the beginning of the legislature Prepares Plan has benefited more than 572,000 people, with a total cost of more than 1,390 million euros.
Some 56,600 unemployed with family responsibilities have expanded financial aid received 450 euros introduced in 2012.
According to the Ministry of Employment, Prepare prorrogándose Plan will automatically every six months until unemployment drops of 20%.
