The rates for commuter trains, Feve, Media conventional remote and Avant (high speed in middle distance) of Renfe will rise an average of 1.85% as of January 1, 2015, informs the public railway company.

This increase applies only to services which are the responsibility of the State (excluding Catalonia) and included within the so-called public service obligation (PSO), ie those receiving grant by the state.

The rates for the near Barcelona and regional serving in the autonomous community of Catalonia are set by the Government.
