OnJuly8theCPFFsettheoverallgoalofcommunitiesforthatperiod,setat0.3%for2016,0.1%for2017andinbalancebudgetfor2018.
Giventhedifficultiesbeingexperiencedbycommunitiestomeetitsdeficittargets,theGovernmentdoesnotruleoutdifferentfiguressetbackin2016toensuregreatercompliance.
Infact,attherequestofnineregions,thestudythattheCPFFinstructedtheIndependentAuthorityFiscalResponsibility(tradeshow)ontheestablishmentofstabilityobjectivesforsubsectorsinpublicadministrationwillbeanalyzed.
Alreadyin2013theGovernmentoptedforasymmetricaldeficittargets,callingformoreeffortstoregionsworstclosedlastyear.Specifically,theywerefurtherfromthe1.5%of2012couldendupover1.3%in2013,buttakingmorestepsthanthosewhotooktopmarks.
Thisdivisiongenerateddeficitmanycriticismfromthemoreadherentcommunities,whoreportedthattheTreasuryinsteadrewardedthefailureofeffortstoreachtheagreedtarget.
WedonotknowifthisyeartheTreasurywillgofordifferentobjectivesdeficit,butwhatisclearisthatthefinalfigurewilllosethe0.7%forecastforthisyearto0.3%setinthestabilityprogram,althoughmanyorganizations,includingtradeshow,doubtthecapacityofcommunitiestoreduceboththeirbalances.

Ontheotherhand,accordingtotheagendathathashadaccesstoEuropaPress,themeetingwillalsoservetoelectanewvicepresidentforfinanceCPFFandinformcommunitiesofnon-financialexpenditurelimitsetfor2016.
Inaddition,theDepartmentledbyCristobalMontoroalsopresentareportonthereorganizationandrationalizationofthesectorregionalinstrumentsandcontrols,efficiencyandreductionofpublicexpendituremanagedbythesamepublic.ItwasalsoinformedoftheEconomicandFinancialPlantobesubmittedbytheAutonomousCommunities
