Buenos Aires. The giant Argentine group Pampa Energia said Tuesday it sold its indirect stake in Transportadora company Gas del Sur (TGS) Investor Group Petrochemical, WST and PCT, for a price basis of US $ 241 million.
the company received US $ 8 million as part payment, while US $ 153 million will be paid with the closing of the purchase of Petrobras Argentina by society and the remaining US $ 80 million will be disbursed before 15 February 2017, with an interest of 5% per year, as reported in a document sent to the Stock Exchange.
Brazil’s Petrobras announced earlier March that closed the sale of its 67.2% stake in Petrobras Argentina to Pampa Energy group for US $ 892 million.
Pampa Energy earned 673 million pesos (US $ 45.7 million) in the first quarter, with a net worth of 9,054.2 million pesos (US $ 604.8 million).
