The Fund for Orderly Bank Restructuring (FROB) lodged an appeal with the Supreme Court confirmed the judgment after forcing Catalunya Banc (CX) to pay 1.2 million in severance compensation to former Adolf Todó and former CEO Jaume Masana.
As reported at Europa Press Legal sources the public body is willing to go “all the way” to avoid paying these allowances. The FROB ceased to Todó Masana and the May 10, 2013.
The judgment of the Court of Justice of Catalonia forced the company to reinstate or pay both directors compensation of 600,000 euros to everyone.
