The price of housing in Spain rises by 3.9% in the second quarter INE – Investing.com Spain

MADRID (Reuters) – House prices in Spain were up 3.9 percent in the second quarter thanks to the impetus of new housing that managed to offset some slowdown in increases prices of resale flats.

the new housing experienced year increase of 8.4 percent, more than two points higher than in the previous quarter, while prices of flats second hand rose 3.2 percent, more than three points less than in the first quarter.
