Endesa plans to increase dividend and profit 6% per year until 2019 – Investing.com Spain

MADRID (Reuters) – Spanish utility capital Italian Endesa (MK:) on Wednesday announced an improvement in the remuneration for its shareholders in the next three years, a period in which expected growth media of 6 per cent both in the dividend as in the net profit.

The group controlled by Enel (MI:) said that the coming year will pay a dividend of up to 1.37 euros per share and that the minimum will be of 1.32 euros per title. In 2019, the new strategic horizon of Endesa, the dividend will be of 1.57 euros per share.

The group continues to be as well handing out 100 percent of their benefits. In 2019, expects to achieve a net profit of 1,700 million euros, compared with 1,400 million expected for this year, this latest projection improved from 1,300 million.

Its parent Enel ahead of the eve data on the investment of Endesa in the period 2016-2019, which will reach the 4,700 million.
