A new update to its operating system allow you to track one or couple of Airpods. This option will only be possible if the headphones are close to another Apple device.

The fear of losing one or two AirPods, the new wireless headset for Apple, forced the signing of the apple to find a way that users can locate the headset with precision, through bluetooth technologies and wireless networks.
The new version 10.3 of iOS to developers includes a new option in the app of Apple devices, Find My iPhone, which allows the location of the new AirPods on a digital map.
The new feature will let users even activate the loudspeaker of the hearing aids to emit a sound similar to their owner locate.
In the same way, if the headphones lose the application loads it will display the last location and time of the connection of the same.
The option Find My iPhone will serve for both earphones as a couple or to each of them.
however, the function is limited as to the only count with antennas for bluetooth communication, the location of both hearing aids is only possible if these are located near other Apple device like iPad, iPod, iPhone, or Macbooks with bluetooth enabled.
this mode, if the user lost by accident or in public –one or both– headphones and moves away from the area may only know the last point of link of the same, but not the precise location.
