The Euribor, which are referenced index at most Spanish mortgages, closed March at a record low of 0.212%, as confirmed by the Bank of Spain.
The institution headed by Luis María Linde recalled that the index fell in March to 0.212% from 0.255% last month. Drawing on the past 12 months, the index recorded a decrease of 0.365 points.
This fall, people with a mortgage of 120,000 euros to 25 years with a Euribor + 2% rate would see its share is reduced by 21.73 per month, or what is the same, about 260 per year.
