Madrid, April 13 (EFE) .- The autonomous communities will receive 1.543 million for active policies in 2015, 23.25% more than last year, reports in a statement the Ministry of Employment.
The memorandum states that it has been communicated Employment Minister Fatima Banez, a regional councilors during the LX Sector Conference on Employment and Labour Affairs.
The communities will receive 1414.1 million under the Annual Plan for Employment Policy (PAPE) 2015, which is 60% the level of achievement of the objectives set in 2014, a figure that will rise in 2016 due to 70%.
This amount 128.9 million specifically for the implementation of measures Activation Program for Employment in 2015 to develop the regions are added.
40% of these funds will be distributed as potential beneficiaries by autonomous community, while the remaining 60% is distributed according to the evaluation of the results of integration of beneficiaries between February 15 and July 31 of this year.
In the sector, Báñez thanked the behavior of communities with the System of Youth Guarantee and recalled that the European Commission has proposed to increase the pre-financing for 2015 Initiative Youth Employment 30 %, a move that Spain expected to be approved in the coming months.
If so, the advance of 2015 would increase from 1.5% to 30%, representing an advance of 283 million for Spain this year, amount to which 14 million are added and give a total of 297 million.
Báñez has also informed communities on the launch of a qualitative assessment of the factors affecting the functions of Public Employment Services, in a European initiative to leverage learning and mutual assistance in studying how to work in different states
