OHL come to two new independent directors – The Economist

During the meeting of shareholders of OHL appointment of Reyes Calderon Square and Macarena Sainz de Vicuña and Primo de Rivera as new independent directors of the company will be proposed.

Of the two independent directors, Square, graduated in Economics and Business Administration, holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Navarra and professor at the Faculty of Business Economics and Law at the University of Navarra. He has been secretary of the Board of Instituto de Empresa and Urban Development and is a member of the International Advisory Council of People’s Bank and the International Advisory Board of Corporate Excellence, according to the agenda submitted to the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV).

Meanwhile, Sainz de Vicuña has a degree in Business Administration from CUNEF and was an auditor at BDO. Currently he is manager Management SDM and Minister of Coca-Cola Iberian Partners.

Also, the board must also endorse the re-election as directors of the president of OHL Juan Miguel Villar Mir; the vice president and son, Juan Miguel Villar-Mir de Fuentes, and advisers Javier López Madrid and Tomás García Madrid.
