The other acquisition of the REIT has been Cristalia Building 4B, which is located in the Cristalia Business Park in the northeast of Madrid. With a gross leasable area of 10,928 square meters distributed in seven floors with 202 parking spaces and is a Class A building with LEED gold certificate.
The transaction price has been fully paid with funds from Spain. In operation JLL has participated as a consultant.
The REIT noted that these two acquisitions fit perfectly “with its strategy in the office segment in consolidated in the Spanish capital areas”.
