The National Court of Spain, the country’s highest court ruled that six officials of the ruling Popular Party (PP), including two treasurers They must face trial over allegations that the party maintained a slush fund for black ops.
Judge Pablo Ruz found that PP paid 1.55 million euros for a renovation of its headquarters in Madrid with monies from this fund.
