The average payment period to suppliers of the CCAA is reduced to 7.63 days in May – Yahoo Finance Spain

Madrid, July 22 (EFE) .- The average period of global payments to suppliers of the autonomous communities has been reduced to 7.63 days in May, as has today informed the Ministry of Finance in a note.

Treasury notes also that the ratio of outstanding payment transactions in communities has decreased by 4.94 days and paid operations 12.88 days and in the first five months of non-financial debt has been reduced by more than 5,500 million euros and 729 commercial.

May is the second consecutive month that the average period Payment improvement since the previous month and decreased by 6.9 days, according to the ministry underlines, before specifying that in this development are determining payments to providers under the Financing Fund to Autonomous Communities.

As for local governments, institutions assignment slightly increase the average supplier payment period of 31.47 days to 33.57 days in April in May and the ratio of paid transactions exceed 20, 57 days to 20.91.

Among the major cities, Valencia, Murcia, Palma de Mallorca, Seville and Las Palmas over 30 days, although no present a higher average payment period to 60 days.

The average payment period is maintained aggregate 20 days in major cities, with a decrease of 15.63 days in the case of Zaragoza and 6.73 days in Valencia.
