By George Georgiopoulos and Michele Kambas ATHENS (Reuters) – Greece and its international creditors reached an agreement bailout of billions of euros on Tuesday after a marathon talks that lasted all night, said the authorities, raising the hope that the aid can be disbursed before a big debt payment due in a few days. After a 23-hour session that began on Monday evening, Greek officials left a hotel in the center of Athens to announce that both parties had agreed the details of the rescue, although it remains to solve a couple of issues children. “Finally, we have white smoke,” said a Finance Ministry official. “We have reached an agreement. Some minor details are being discussed at this time.” It is expected that the pact offers to 86.000 billion euros (94.220 billion) in new loans to Greece, but there was no immediate confirmation of your size. Greek officials said they expect the deal to be ratified by Parliament on Wednesday or Thursday and then reviewed by the finance ministers of the euro area on Friday. This would pave the way for aid to be disbursed for the August 20, when a payment is due debt of 3,200 million euros to the European Central Bank. A deal would close a painful chapter in the negotiations for Greece, which objected to the terms of austerity demanded by its creditors during much of the year before easing under the threat of being taken out of the euro zone.
