From Bloomberg have a story that can radically change the manufacturing sector of PCs: the union of Vaio, Toshiba and section PC Fujitsu to create a giant that could compete with Lenovo and other market leaders.
This Japanese movement has not yet been officially confirmed but apparently negotiations are advanced and the union is expected in late March. Vaio expects to own the largest stake in the company resulting from the merger, but percentages are unknown

the PC market is shrinking, that’s a fact, and now want to work together to regain production volumes and marketing channels they had before.
yet some analysts say the merger of three Japanese computer manufacturers will probably have little chance of success abroad, where they lead Lenovo, HP and Dell . Their combined operation would have about one-third of the Japanese market, and that number could save the accounts of the three companies.
It seems that 2016 will be decisive for them.
