this phrase is fiction. It is inadmissible and unacceptable inclusion in any election program of any political party that has an intention of winning general elections in Spain. Nor can it ever dare so much.
But that phrase is no longer science fiction across the Atlantic. It is written in the electoral program with which the Democratic candidate for the nomination, Bernie Sanders, has beaten so appealed to Hillary Clinton in the New Hampshire primary. And quiet worldwide. It does not refer to the Spanish banks. It refers to the very powerful US financial institutions
