An unfortunate and disturbing video has been the center of controversy in recent videos to see how a man pulls hair to a woman on the floor crossing a road.

But if there is anything crueler than the scene itself it is that no one does anything to stop it. People pass by the side of the couple, some stare but no one, not even a uniformed man who follows them for a few seconds; involved in the fight.
It is not known where exactly where there has been abuse but everything suggests that it is China, whose culture places man in a far more powerful than the position of women.
