Criteria sold is 1.7% of CaixaBank and moving forward in the process of deconsolidation of the entity – EntornoInteligente

Expansion / CriteriaCaixa, the hólding of investee companies of the Bank Foundation La Caixa, has begun this afternoon at an accelerated placement of shares to part of 1.7% of CaixaBank.

The company, chaired by Isidro Fainé has ordered the sale of 100 milion of CaixaBank shares, equivalent to 1.7% of the capital of the bank presided by Jordi Gual and directed by Gonzalo Cortázar.

The placement is aimed at institutional investors and the direct investment banks JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley.
