MADRID (Reuters) – Spanish telecoms giant Telefonica has entered Indra shareholder with a stake of 3 percent of capital and an option to raise it in March 1 percent extra on Wednesday said a source with knowledge of the transaction.
At current market prices (7,638 euros / share), each pack of 3 percent in the technology is valued at about 37.5 million.
With these moves, the operator headed by Cesar Alierta become one of the shareholders of Indra, behind state Sepi, who has more than 20 percent, and Corporación Financiera Alba, with 10 percent.
