Madrid, March 10 (EFE) .- the Spanish Abengoa, specialized in renewable energy company, has reached an agreement with its main creditors to restructure the company, which will receive an injection of between 1,500 and 1,800 million euros (between 1,644 and 1,973 million dollars).
the agreement will enable creditors to seize 95 percent of the capital of the firm.
in a statement to the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV ) -the Spanish- securities regulator said that the multinational company shares change hands after the capital injection, as well as through capitalization of debt and a capital increase. EFE
