shares of airlines and travel agents suffered heavy falls in Europe Tuesday by the attacks of Brussels stock exchanges.
on the London stock Exchange, shares of the airline Easyjet and fell 4.0% -the consortium IAG and British Airways, Iberia, 4.8%, while wholesale Thomas Cook travel lost 6.3% and hotel chains InterContinental 3.1%.
the attacks led to a fall in European shares , although safe havens like gold and the yen rose.
at least 13 people were killed and 35 injured by two explosions at Brussels airport to 08H00 (07H00 GMT), according to Belgian media. Moments later, another explosion shook the subway station Maalbeek, without any casualty toll moment.
