What matters is that once and for all politicians begin to manage effectively. And that means several things. Money well spent, ie, spend efficiently, and no airport without airplanes, for example. It also means not spending more than you have. The only way to be a little independent is no debt.
Creditors have caught us by eggss. For that, we must reform the inefficient autonomous state, but apparently inept Mariano has no intention of doing so.
