The 46 Spanish airports and two heliports will have unlimited free access from October, the public company that manages the airports in the country, Aena said today.
The new wireless Internet access speed will quadruple that today, Aena said in a statement.
This new service will coexist with the Premium payment for customers who request it, provided with better performance, access speed and additional services.
Aena will bring the service competition and free WiFi will run two months after the award, the statement said.
Most Spanish airports now offer 30 minutes of free Internet access points determined.
