Draghi says “very concerned” by the financial deregulation that has started Trump – euronews

The president of the European Central Bank, Mario Draghi, it says "very preocupado2 with the idea of relaxing the financial rules in relation to the action that has already been started by the new president of the united States, Donald Trump. In his appearance before the European Parliament in the 25 years of the Treaty of Maastricht, Draghi responded to the process of the repeal of these rules that began to Trump the last Friday. And that also binds its intention that the country’s withdrawal from international bodies, such as the Financial Stability Board (FSB) and the Basel Committee.

"One of the main reasons why we do not see significant risks in the global financial stability is thanks to the action undertaken by legislators, regulators and supervisors since the onset of the financial crisis", wanted to highlight Draghi who also felt that the last thing that is needed now is to reduce such regulation.

Another criticism of Trump and his economic advisors is that the euro is undervalued intentionally and that this benefits especially to an exporting country like Germany against its european partners and the united States.

"First of all, you must make it clear that we do not manipulate the currency", he replied in Italian the president of the ECB. "Second, the monetary policies that we have put in place reflect the different positions in the cycle of the eurozone and the united States".

on the other hand, Draghi cooled any expectations to restrict its monetary policy to the resurgence of inflation in the beginning of this year when you consider that these data are still single and of short duration and have to see inflation without energy prices (core inflation).
