Europe loses a step in S & P by Brexit – Forbes Mexico

The European Union (EU) underwent a downward adjustment in its rating of long-term risk on the scale of Standard and Poor’s (S & P).

the rating agency said that the note would move from AA + to AA with a stable outlook following the departure of UK economic community.

the agency believes that the estimates of revenue and planning in the long-term EU will be affected by the uncertainty arising from Brexit.

According to the agency, the decision of England reduces fiscal flexibility and weakens the political cohesion of the EU. In its baseline scenario, the agency expected that the EU maintained with 28 Member States.
