the agency believes that the estimates of revenue and planning in the long-term EU will be affected by the uncertainty arising from Brexit.
According to the agency, the decision of England reduces fiscal flexibility and weakens the political cohesion of the EU. In its baseline scenario, the agency expected that the EU maintained with 28 Member States.
