“This crisis has produced an adjustment in prices on the ground that it represents a very good starting point to be able to develop housing at more affordable prices”, explains Juan José Cercadillo, director general of Hi! Real Estate.
This real estate company, created by Hercesa to run promotions with different partners, it sells this weekend at Sima housing for 77,000 euro to chalets, located in Boadilla del Monte and custom designed for the client, from 5000.000 euros.
The experts acknowledged that at present are little ‘chollos’ in the locations most demanded, because in the last year have been reactivated clearly the sales in the housing market. Thus, according to the latest study, prepared by BBVA, in the past seven months, sold 265.793 dwellings, an 11.8% more than in the same period of 2015.

We have 400 homes currently for sale, in different stages of development”, explains Montserrat Álvarez, attached to the directorate-general in TM real Estate Group.
