Caracas.- president Nicolas Maduro headed today marks the 11th anniversary of the Centre for Strategic Operational of the Bolivarian National Armed forces (Ceofanb), instance to which the President referred as part of a new doctrine born in the middle of the union “civic-military”.
During the event, developed in the state of Portuguesa, the president congratulated the servicemen of the Ceofanb, awarded a funding of more than 16 million bolivars as soon as payment of the harvest to the agricultural producers in 2016 and delivered land titles for the “regularization of agricultural land”.
"I have asked producers for their cooperation and incorporation. I extend my hand to all entrepreneurs, regardless of political thought because they want to prove that, only with us it is possible to move forward in a sustainable process of building a new productive economy, I have never asked for a carnet political," said Maduro.
Said that "Venezuela will become an agricultural powerhouse and Venezuela will produce all the food the country needs."
The president noted that soon will be a meeting with president Vladimir Putin (Russia) and with other heads of States "to achieve agreement in the fields of military, agricultural, financial, economic and commercial", and added that it will make announcements "about the stabilization of the market and the recovery of prices."
In the event were the minister of Defense Vladimir Padrino López, the first lady of the Republic, Cilia Flores, Vice president of Planning and Knowledge, Ricardo Menéndez, the minister of Agricultural Production and Land, Wilmar Castro Soteldo, minister of Power Rodolfo Marcos Torres.
