Madrid, Sep 25 (EFE) .- The Ministry of Finance and Public Administration recalled today that the decision to return officials quarter of the extra pay December 2012 responds to the commitment made by the Government, that suppressed with the promise to repay from 2015.
Ministry sources have explained that currently 25% of pay shall be paid, as today has progressed Finance Minister, Cristobal Montoro , and that as the economic situation improves, the return of the rest will be raised.
have also said that this decision has nothing to do with court judgments favorable to the return of 44 days accrued before the entry into force of the decree law which abolished this extraordinary payment, since there are courts that have ruled on against it.
In the public sector, the extra pay June corresponds with periods from 1 previous December to 31 May, while the December accrued between June 1 30 November.
The decree law that abolished the extra pay December and entered into force on 15 July affected the amount accrued from 1 June to 14 July, the date to which public employees maintained the right to receive two extra payments in 2012
