The C. Valencia leads the rising price of housing – levante.emv.com

The Valencia has seen the highest increase of housing price in the second quarter up 3.1%. Similarly, experienced the second highest increase in the annual variation to grow 4.9 points to 2.3%, according to the House Price Index (HPI) of the National Statistics Institute (INE) released Monday.

In Spain, prices of private housing rose 0.8% in the second quarter 2014 compared to the same period last year, thus returning to the upward trend in first time since the first quarter of 2008 and put an end to six years of annual declines.
