The sale of homes rose 10.7% in July over the same month of 2013, with 28,583 transactions registered in the records of the property, according to data published by the National Statistics Institute (INE) .
This figure represents string together five consecutive months of gains , according to statistics produced by INE with transmissions registered in the records of the property and therefore correspond to operations carried out months before.

By region, the purchases fell in four and rose in the other. At the head of Asturias hikes stood, with an annual variation of 47.1%; followed by Extremadura, with 43.9%, and Galicia, with 24.2%. They led declines La Rioja (12.1%) and Murcia (11.8%) .
During July, the total number of property transfers was 138,628, 6, down 3% yoy. The sale of farms, rural and urban , added 60,868 operations with an annual rise of 4.7%, while donations were up 5.4%, swaps fell 26.9% and inheritance fell 1.9%.
