The number of transmitted farms (both urban and rustic), recorded in the property records in the month of July in the province reached 1,921, representing up 6.5% on the same month of 1805 2013.
In the case of house sales, the number of operations rose 36%, thanks to strong sales of new homes , with an annual increase of 54%.

Similarly, urban accounted for 50.5 of all property transfers in the province in July, while the rustic reached 952 operations.
Indeed, the number of sales decreased rustic almost 4% in July year on year until 952 (the same month of 2013 closed with 984).
