Spanish company Gas Natural, in a dispute with the Government by Electricaribe – FM

The Spanish company owner of Electricaribe, which distributes power to seven departments of Colombia, reported Tuesday the existence of a “dispute” with the State.

The hassles with the company have been given to the problems to provide the service. The company requested the start of a dialogue “friendly”.

“Gas Natural SDG S. A and Gas Natural Fenosa Electricity Colombia S. L (GNF), with an equity stake of 85% in Electrificadora del Caribe S. a. E. S. P., have been formally notified of the existence of a dispute with the Republic of Colombia“, the company said in a statement released in Bogota.
